FAQ
Most orders shipping out within 2 business days and they usually arrive at the destination within 3-4 week. Most USA orders typically arrive in 2 week while most of the EU orders typically arrive within 2-4 weeks.
Don't worry, we are here to help. Please contact us first and will will get right to work on helping you out. We firstly make sure the tracking info is correct and up to date, sometimes orders may not arrive within the estimated time of arrival (ETA), but that doesn't mean it won't arrive. If we can confirm the order will not arrive we will issue a full refund. It could take a few days but we strive for the best customer service.
We may be able to change the address if the product is not shipped out. If it is already shipped out, we can not do anything about as it is the customers responsibility to provide the correct address.
Please contact us and we will be able to help you. You must provide photo proof of the damage. Once we can determine the fault, we will either require you to return the item (may or may not be free return depending on item) or/and we will issue a full refund.
Note: We do not issue refunds on customizable orders, unless we determine it is out fault.
Please contact us, as we know everyone enjoys a good deal or two. We will confirm the code and check is it out of date. If the code is not working and is it meant ot working, we will issue you a new code of higher value (for example a 10% OFF code didn't work, and it was meant to work, then we will send you a 15% OFF code)
